Possibilities
to use available small time intervals
What
are 5 minutes? Maybe it is the time that it takes you to be bored in a
line. Or impatient in a traffic jam. But it can be the time to invest in
something useful.
And
7 times 5 minutes? And 30 times 5 minutes? What about 360 times 5
minutes? Here are some ideas about what you can do with so many 5
minutes:

In the morning, review your objectives

Before going to bed, review what you have advanced in your goals
