How to feel more pleasure in meals
A simple, fast strategy that doesn't require training
Would
you like to usufruct more of what you eat and drink? We describe here a
fast hint: close your eyes! For example, when drinking water, by closing
your eyes you are going to pay
more attention to the sensations. When lunching or dining a good
food, after ingesting a portion, let the fork aside, close your eyes and
chew habitually. Don't believe, try it.
And if someone finds it strange, don't worry, the benefit worths the cost! And perhaps when they hear
your "Huummm!" of pleasure, they will even want to do the
same.
